I’m Esther, a potty training expert and professional nanny with over 15 years of hands on experience, and UK Nanny of the Year Finalist 2024.

I have a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood, but more importantly, I’ve spent over a decade supporting families through real, everyday toddler milestones, including potty training, inside real homes, with real children.

The Potty Pros Academy is built on what I’ve seen work in practice, not just in theory. It’s a gentle, realistic approach designed specifically for children aged 18-24 months, helping you start earlier without pressure, rewards or a rushed 3 day method.

My approach to early potty training has recently been featured on Netmums, reflecting a growing shift towards a calmer approach to potty training.

If you're looking for a clear, steady plan that supports your child without pressure, you’re in the right place.
