I’m Esther — an early years expert and professional nanny with over 15 years of hands on experience, and UK Nanny of the Year Finalist 2024.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood, but more importantly, I’ve spent over a decade supporting families through real, everyday toddler milestones, including potty training, inside real homes, with real children.

The Potty Pros Academy is built on everything I’ve seen work in practice, not just in theory. It’s a gentle, realistic approach designed specifically for children aged 18–24 months, because toilet learning can begin earlier than most people expect, and it doesn’t need to be rushed, chaotic, or stressful to be successful.
